Mix flour, butter and salt in top of double boiler. When butter is melted, add the milk and stir until thick.
Combine crabmeat with 2 Tbl. grated cheese, worcestershire, mustard, sherry, tabasco and enough white sauce to bind.
Place a spoonful of mixture on the end of each fillet and roll up.
Place on dinner plate with a little butter. Sprinkle with little sherry and cover with remaining white sauce. Sprinkle with more grated cheese, paprika and dots of butter.
